REMINDER!: If your pet comes in for a bath or groom, and you cant pick up at the 4 hour mark. A stay and play fee will be applied to your bill. Thank You!
Cancellation Policies:
The staff at Furry Godmother Pet Spa would greatly appreciate any cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We understand that things happen at the last minute that may prevent you from making it to your appointment. Please feel free to call us to re-schedule or cancel any appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of service cost. No-shows may incur a fee up to 50% of the appointment cost.

Arrivals:
In order to ensure that your pet benefits the best from his/her grooming experience we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa appointment to allow time for a meeting with your Furry Godmother to discuss any specific details with your groomer.
Payment:
At Furry Godmother Pet Spa we accept cash, check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. For checks there is a $35.00 return check fee. Payment is expected at time of service. Gratuity is always appreciated.
Requirements:
please bring a record of your pets Rabies vaccination with you when you arrive for your pets appointment. We ask that rabies vaccines be up to date.
